Job summary

Milwaukee manufacturingcompany is seeking a Product Manager to own the portfolio strategy and roadmap, aligning opportunities with business goals. You will define requirements from VOC insights and market analysis, and drive P&L, pricing, and revenue growth for the product line.

The role requires experience launching products in manufacturing-driven environments, including familiarity with HVAC and industrial systems. Expect standard day shifts and direct-hire placement at the Milwaukee facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related experience with ownership of product lines or portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes (P&L, pricing, forecasting).
• Experience with technical products (HVAC, building automation, industrial systems, or embedded hardware/software systems).
• Experience supporting product launches in operational or manufacturing-driven environments.
• Knowledge of BACnet, airflow control systems, or critical environment applications.
