Job summary

Health Data Max, LLC seeks a Technical Product Manager who also functions as Lead Business Analyst to own problem definitions, requirements, and data logic for CMS/HHS-aligned product lines. You will interact with US payer customers, clinical SMEs, and an AI/data engineering team to ensure accuracy and audit defensibility.

You will write specifications, interrogate data, and sit in UAT, owning validation and acceptance criteria across core workflows such as risk adjustments and RAF calculations.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years in US healthcare experience.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage and ACA risk adjustment.
• Strong command of ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS data.
• Experience with encounter data submissions (RAPS/EDPS) or ACA EDGE.
• Ability to write specs, data mappings, state transitions, and acceptance criteria.
• SQL proficiency to profile data and validate calculations.
• Comfortable in a startup environment with US stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for an assigned product area (chart review AI, encounter submissions, RAF analytics, or RADV readiness).
• Translate CMS/HHS regulatory changes into product decisions and release plans.
• Define success measures and track outcomes after release.
• Write user stories, use cases, and data mapping documents for engineers.
• Lead UAT planning and define regression scenarios.
