Job summary

The Agency Fund is seeking a senior Technical Product Manager to lead accelerator work and drive both partner-facing initiatives and internal product delivery. You will translate NGO needs into actionable roadmaps and collaborate with engineering to execute using structured agile processes.

You will build dashboards, data pipelines, AI evaluations, and run AB tests, combining SQL fluency with hands-on product delivery while coaching Fellows and contributing to internal playbooks over time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, or tech consulting with client and engineering responsibilities.
• Shipped AI/LLM features, data pipelines, or production APIs, working alongside engineers.
• Proficient in reading SQL and building dashboards and data pipelines.
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative methods to define problems and measure impact (A/B tests, causal inference).
• Fluent in agile: sprints, backlog grooming, estimation, retrospectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with NGO partners as primary interface; translate needs into roadmaps and technical advisory.
• Drive product and engineering execution; define roadmaps and convert partner workflows into engineering requirements.
• Run agile sprints with the engineering team and ship features end-to-end; collect feedback for iteration.
