Job summary
CoVolt Power is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Operations Project Delivery in Houston. You will own the technology roadmap for project delivery and field operations, translating business needs into detailed requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and delivering tools, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities across construction lifecycles.
You’ll partner with project controls, finance, data/BI, architecture, security, and change management to define problems, ownership, and adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience owning a product roadmap, backlog, requirements, and releases in a complex enterprise environment.
- Fluency in construction and field operations workflows.
- Experience with ERP and field/process integrations.
- Track record delivering MVPs and managing scope.
- Curiosity for AI with governance and security awareness.
- Clear, practical communication to business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own the Project Delivery product roadmap and backlog.
- Turn business needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Lead field technology enablement for field operations tools.
- Drive real-time operations and time capture, including payroll integration.
- Build the field data foundation with master data and quality.
- Define data ownership and system-of-record boundaries.
- Identify AI and automation opportunities with governance.
- Run delivery with MVP planning, testing, and adoption.
