Job summary

Kontron is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support the Product & Portfolio Management team in North America. You will bridge Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to translate market needs into actionable inputs and drive portfolio execution across multiple verticals including transportation, medical, industrial, defense, and aerospace.

The role emphasizes technical development coordination, lifecycle planning, and collaboration with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or related field.
• 5–10 years in product development, product management, or systems engineering.
• Experience with embedded computing systems and hardware platforms.
• Ability to convert customer/market requirements into actionable product inputs.
• Proficiency with cross-functional collaboration and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development activities and roadmap inputs across teams.
• Translate customer and market requirements into actionable product inputs for multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain vertical-specific product standards and alignment.
• Track schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies for initiatives.
• Support product readiness reviews, launches, and sales enablement.
