Job summary

Kontron America Incorporated, a global leader in IoT/Embedded Computing Technology, seeks a Technical Product Manager to coordinate product development activities and translate market requirements into actionable inputs across North America. This role serves as a bridge between Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and other internal stakeholders.

The position supports development and maintenance of Product Standards groups aligned by vertical markets and will drive cross-functional execution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred and 5–10 years in product environments.
• Experience with embedded computing systems and complex technical products.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable inputs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product plans, requirements, and lifecycle activities across product lines.
• Translate market and customer requirements into actionable inputs for multiple teams.
• Support vertical market standard groups across transportation, medical, industrial, defense, and aerospace.
• Track schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies for initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to align plans with customer needs.
• Support product readiness reviews, launches, and sales enablement.
• Provide status updates on progress, risks, and actions to leadership.
