Job summary

Protolabs in Maple Plain, MN, is seeking a Technical Product Manager for a fixed hybrid role (remote Tue–Thu, onsite Tue). You will own an operational domain within the Proto Labs Network, shaping the product strategy and roadmap, and collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years supporting EDI systems and/or processes.
• Ownership of a product/feature from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Agile environment with a predictable shipping cadence.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for the assigned ecosystem area.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog balancing engineering capacity and business impact.
• Drive release planning, scope management, risk mitigation, and launches.
• Understand partner segments and end-to-end workflows from quote to delivery.
• Measure product success with adoption, quality, and operational metrics.
