About the Role: In this role, you'll help guide software product development from initial concept through delivery. You’ll manage the product backlog, document business and user requirements, and work closely with engineering, QA, and senior leadership to ensure solutions are delivered effectively. You’ll also be working hands-on with Azure DevOps and involved in cloud integration efforts. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to drive outcomes in a matrixed team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features in coordination with the Engagement Manager
• Conduct design thinking sessions with users and stakeholders
• Lead QA activities and coordinate with offshore testing teams
• Support User Acceptance Testing and ensure delivery of high-quality features
• Collaborate on onboarding materials (Charters, SOWs) and status updates for leadership
• Address business and technical challenges proactively, escalating where appropriate

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years managing or supporting multiple software projects
• 5+ years in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role in Agile environments
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and cloud-based platforms
• Ability to work U.S. Central or Eastern time zone hours
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with SAFe and Agile frameworks
• Background in tax, finance, or similarly complex domains
• Experience running requirement sessions with senior leadership
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating in a remote, distributed team environment
