Job summary

Cotality is seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge financial institutions and engineering teams. You will drive CMS platform modernization, guide client requests, and lead cross-functional pods through weekly sprints and monthly deployments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in technical product management, with knowledge of cloud-native environments and Lean development. A client-facing UAT process is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in end-to-end technical product management or related leadership.
• Experience defining/prioritizing features via user stories and backlog.
• Knowledge of cloud-native environments and Lean SD practices.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features through user story writing and backlog management.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering and clients.
• Serve as primary contact for standalone platforms, guiding client execution.
• Lead Agile ceremonies with weekly sprints and monthly deployment cycles.
• Perform initial analysis and reviews to support modernization efforts.
