Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise cloud and managed services products. You will drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and lead agile teams to deliver value to clients while aligning with VoC insights and market trends.

Responsibilities include roadmap governance, stakeholder collaboration across engineering, information security, sales and marketing, and translating customer needs into new features and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, engineering or related field preferred.
• Cloud Certification: AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud required.
• 3+ years' experience in hosting and/or managed services B2B product management required.
• 2+ years in a technical product management role with cloud/datacenter/critical environment services.
• 2+ years of strategic analysis related to system implementation in a B2B environment.
• 2+ years working with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated combination of technical aptitude and high emotional intelligence.
• Excellent product management skills.
• Expert knowledge of data center processes and technology.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and MS Teams.
• 1+ years Financial Industry (Credit Union) Experience preferred.
• PMI/PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, creation, ongoing management and communication of the assigned product roadmap(s) aligned with business objectives and supported by data and market research.
• Collaborates with engineering, design, information security, sales and marketing to determine best implementation and continual lifecycle management.
• Translates customer needs into new features and services and supports adoption of hosted products and services.
• Keeps abreast of technical trends and ensures alignment with product requirements.
• Acts as a product owner in an agile team, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Gathers customer feedback to validate product performance against metrics.
