U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager 2 to drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Digital Asset, tokenization, stablecoin, and payments capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging KPIs, analytics, customer insights, and OKRs to drive business outcomes.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders without direct reporting authority.
• Strong grasp for KYC, AML, Compliance expectations.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements engineering: eliciting, structuring and documenting business and functional requirements via BRDs, user stories, use cases and process flows.
• Competence in Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Figma etc).
• Strong product and business analysis capabilities, with knowledge of blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization platforms, digital custody, and payments trends in digital assets.
• Knowledge of Banking, Payments, Treasury Services, Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, or Digital Asset platforms.
• Understanding of financial regulatory requirements and risk management practices for emerging technologies.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with evolving regulation and changing priorities; disciplined about documentation, governance, and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Align product objectives with enterprise goals, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities.
• Define, document, and prioritize features; ensure delivery across engineering teams with agile collaboration.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to drive end-to-end product delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and report performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain ownership of product backlogs, epics, user stories, and prioritization decisions.
• Ensure technical solutions meet business, operational, security, and performance objectives.
• Build partnerships across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Leadership.
• Influence stakeholders across multiple business lines without direct authority.
• Drive alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies, and strategic outcomes.
• Define and track product KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and operational performance measures.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through data-informed decision making.
