Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Product Manager Technical - External Services to own end-to-end delivery of hardware, software and services offerings. You will partner with software engineers and business partners to define, build, launch and grow tech-driven products and services, including resilience capabilities for AWS Resilience Hub.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience.
5+ years as Technical Product Manager.
3+ years of technical (software, network, IT) experience.
Experience taking a product from conception through engineering to market.
Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Build and own end-to-end product delivery for AWS resilience services.
Engage with customers across the product lifecycle to define requirements.
Develop product marketing and pricing strategies early in engagement.
Define detailed product capabilities and roadmaps.
Collaborate with engineering and UX to bring products to market.
Prioritize trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
