Job summary

Urrly is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own parts of the clinical platform and drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery to adoption. Technical Product Manager, Clinical Platform

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll own products used by teams serving hundreds of thousands of members. You’ll have meaningful ownership, work directly with clinicians and engineers, and see your decisions change how care gets delivered.

The Role

Own parts of the clinical platform from discovery through launch and adoption. Work with schedulers, clinicians, coders, operations, client teams, and engineers to find the real bottlenecks, make sound tradeoffs, and ship practical solutions.

• Improve scheduling and outreach, clinical documentation, coding and quality review, warehouse data, and client reporting.
• Turn complex workflows into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, tests, and measurable outcomes.
• Use SQL to investigate encounters, claims, and data quality, and help define reliable EMR, lab, HIE, and client-data integrations.
• Identify useful AI-assisted workflows and evaluate their accuracy, safety, and need for human review.

What You Bring

• Experience building or improving healthcare products or clinical workflows, with practical understanding of patient-data privacy and HIPAA.
• At least two years in product management or closely related technical product work, with evidence of products you helped ship.
• Clear thinking, concise communication, initiative, and the ability to work across clinical, technical, and business teams.

Some SQL familiarity is preferred. Experience with clinical systems, interoperability, AI products, home-based care, or preventive services is a plus. You can learn standards such as FHIR, HL7, and ICD-10 on the job. We value product judgment, learning speed, and ownership more than a long list of acronyms.

Work remotely within the United States, with occasional travel for team and client meetings.
