Job summary

Included Health is building an AI-native Care Platform to help clinicians and care teams deliver higher-quality care with less administrative burden. We seek a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the strategy for AI-enabled tools used daily across Clinical and Care.

You will partner with clinicians, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Security, Legal, and senior leaders to scale capabilities across service lines while preserving privacy, safety, and human oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience defining and shipping AI-enabled, automation, workflow, or platform products for clinicians, care teams, or operations.
• Partner with technical teams on data, APIs, architecture, integrations, reliability, observability, security, and cost.
• Experience in clinical, care-delivery, healthcare operations, or a high-stakes domain with privacy and oversight.
• Experience building reusable platform capabilities across multiple products or service lines.
• Ability to lead through influence, communicate clearly, and turn ambiguity into strategy and shipped outcomes.

• Reimagine practitioner workflows using AI for contextual assistance, summarization, task orchestration, recommendations, and documentation.
• Decide what to automate, augment, delegate to an AI agent, or keep human-led based on value and risk.
• Partner with clinicians, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data, Legal, Security, and Compliance to build trustworthy capabilities.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and launch frameworks for AI-enabled experiences including safety and reliability.
• Lead products from discovery through launch and iteration with research and real-world feedback.

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the product strategy for the tools that practitioners use every day across Clinical and Care.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical workflows, care operations, platform infrastructure, and applied AI. You will identify where intelligent systems can remove friction, improve decision quality, and help teams act on the right information at the right time. You will shape experiences in which people, AI agents, and underlying systems work together safely and effectively—not by adding AI as a feature, but by rethinking how care workflows should operate when capable AI is part of the product from the start.

You will partner closely with clinicians, care operators, Engineering, Design, Data, AI/ML, Security, Legal, and senior product leaders. Together, you will build the foundations that allow AI-enabled capabilities to scale across service lines while preserving clinical judgment, appropriate human oversight, privacy, safety, and trust.

This is a Staff-level individual contributor role with broad, cross-functional scope. You will establish direction in an ambiguous space, make tradeoffs across platform leverage and near-term delivery, and turn a fragmented set of practitioner needs into a coherent product strategy and roadmap.

• Establish evaluation, monitoring, human-oversight, and launch frameworks for AI-enabled experiences, including quality, safety, reliability, adoption, and workflow outcomes.
• Lead products from discovery through launch and iteration, creating alignment, driving adoption, and improving outcomes through research, analytics, and real-world feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience leading complex product and platform initiatives
• Experience defining and shipping AI-enabled, automation, workflow, or platform products for clinicians, care teams, expert users, or operational teams.
• Ability to partner deeply with technical teams on data, APIs, architecture, integrations, reliability, observability, permissions, security, and cost.
• Experience in clinical, care-delivery, healthcare operations, or another high-stakes domain, with comfort navigating privacy, compliance, auditability, and human oversight.
• Experience building reusable platform capabilities across multiple products, workflows, or service lines in a startup or scaling environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, communicate clearly, and turn ambiguity into strategy and shipped outcomes.
