PassiveLogic, a Salt Lake City-based AI company, seeks a Technical Product Manager with expertise in buildings, HVAC, and controls to shape the product roadmap and translate domain needs into actionable engineering plans. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver autonomous-building solutions that balance long-term strategy with near-term releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program/product/project management.
• Experience with buildings, HVAC, controls, energy modeling, or related field.
• Technical or engineering background with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating product roadmaps and leading multidisciplinary initiatives.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and engineering execution; define roadmaps and workstreams.
• Translate building-domain needs into actionable plans for engineering teams.
• Remove roadblocks and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments.
• Translate requirements into user stories, test cases, and deliverables.
• Champion user experience with balanced design, feasibility, and timelines.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and engineering to ensure fidelity of designs.
• Communicate plans, risks, and progress to stakeholders with clear reporting.
• Evaluate emerging building technologies for potential use.
