• Ability to design and scale technical product experiences involving AI-driven support
• Experience balancing multiple personas and communicating prioritization effectively

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end support-to-product feedback loop and metrics
• Define and iterate on case routing, escalation paths, and bug filing with clear repro steps
• Drive strategy for Claude-based support layer and interoperability with engineering teams
• Manage trade-offs between intake reduction, response time, cost, and quality
