Job summary

The AES Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager in a role spanning AI platforms, developer tools, and enterprise technology. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, drive adoption of agentic AI and LLM-based applications, and collaborate with engineering and senior leadership to define requirements and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of technical product management experience.
Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to read code, work with APIs and CLI, and prototype using AI coding tools.
Experience launching developer tools or AI/ML products and driving adoption.
Strong KPI definition, product analytics, and performance measurement skills.
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics across AI platforms and developer tools.
Translate technology strategy into product specifications, milestones, KPIs, and outcomes.
Drive platform adoption by improving onboarding and tracking user engagement.
Shape direction for LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and model deployment.
Gather feedback from engineers and stakeholders to prioritize product improvements.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend build, buy, or partner strategies.
Prepare product briefs and executive updates.
Manage transitions from incubation to established product teams.
