Capgemini Engineering is seeking a high-caliber Technical Product Manager who leads as a hybrid strategist and hands-on executor. You will own engineering platforms, drive architectural health, and partner with design engineering to translate constraints into business outcomes.

In this role, you will navigate a rigorous aerospace environment, apply PLM tools, and deliver ROI-driven improvements within an Agile framework, ensuring data privacy and ITAR/EAR compliance across initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar technical leadership role managing engineering platforms and toolchains.
  • Experience in Aerospace or Defense industry.
  • Bridge engineering, software development, and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with PLM and engineering design tools (e.g., Teamcenter, Enovia, CATIA, CAD/CAE).
  • Experience delivering solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Technical experience with cloud platforms, data/analytics solutions, and software development technologies (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, identity/access management, and ITAR/EAR compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex technical initiatives and delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the vision for engineering platforms, aligning long-term architectural health with business needs.
  • Lead hands-on resolution of technical bottlenecks that threaten productivity or timelines.
  • Act as the liaison between software development and design engineering teams to translate constraints into business outcomes.
  • Implement a value-driven operating model to track ROI of infrastructure improvements.
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver incremental value in a high-compliance aerospace environment.
  • Maintain architectural documentation and specifications as a single source of truth.
