Capgemini is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owned end-to-end scoping, planning, and execution. You will partner with multiple engineering teams across business units to balance business needs with technical constraints and navigate ambiguity.

The role requires 15+ years in technical program or project management, 4+ years in cloud transformation, and 5+ years of software development experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical program or project management across cross functional teams.
• 4+ years of experience in Cloud transformation.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience using analytics to translate business issues into investigative solution.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks.
