The ideal candidate combines strong technical product knowledge with hands‑on delivery leadership and exceptional customer‑facing skills. This role will sit at the intersection of the customer, engineering, implementation, operations, product management, and account teams, ensuring that complex business and technical requirements translate into reliable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the delivery and operations owner for a large, strategic retail implementation, with accountability for successful execution and ongoing operational performance.
  • Act as the primary customer‑facing delivery leader, establishing strong relationships with customer business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
  • Own end‑to‑end implementation execution, including planning, requirements alignment, dependencies, delivery milestones, launch readiness, stabilization, and transition to ongoing operations.
  • Translate customer business and operational needs into clear technical and product requirements for engineering, architecture, product, and implementation teams.
  • Manage complex dependencies, risks, issues, and competing priorities, driving them to resolution while maintaining clear accountability across teams.
  • Establish appropriate delivery governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, decision tracking, escalation management, and executive communication.
  • Provide clear visibility into implementation health, upcoming milestones, dependencies, customer concerns, and areas requiring leadership intervention.
  • Lead customer discussions involving solution capabilities, implementation decisions, technical tradeoffs, operational readiness, and future‑state opportunities.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, reliability, integration, supportability, security, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate production releases, customer readiness, acceptance activities, go‑live planning, incident response, and post‑launch stabilization.
  • Serve as an escalation point for significant delivery or operational issues, bringing the appropriate teams together to determine root cause, establish ownership, and drive resolution.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technical product management, implementation leadership, solutions delivery, or a comparable customer‑facing technology role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise‑scale technology implementations involving multiple business and technical workstreams.
  • Strong experience working directly with enterprise customers and serving as a primary point of accountability for delivery.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, digital products, APIs, system integrations, data platforms, or distributed technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience partnering closely with engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language while also converting customer and business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Proven ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, competing priorities, escalations, and executive‑level communications.
  • Ability to operate successfully in environments where requirements evolve and execution requires coordination across multiple teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering technology solutions within healthcare, healthcare services, pharmacy, health technology, or other regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data and interoperability concepts such as APIs, HL7/FHIR, healthcare integrations, eligibility, claims, clinical workflows, or related healthcare technology ecosystems.
