Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in San Jose is seeking a Technical Design Lead to own the technical development of new housing products, turning architectural concepts into coordinated, code-compliant and manufacturable homes. You will lead from concept through prototypes to production, coordinating architectural, structural, MEP and building envelope systems and integrating them into BIM models.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating architectural, structural, MEP and building envelope systems.
• Proven ability to take designs through fabrication or construction.
• Confident using BIM/CAD platforms and managing multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical product development from concept through prototyping and production.
• Integrate architectural intent with structural, MEP and building envelope designs into BIM models and documentation.
• Own bills of materials, product configuration, revision control and change management.
• Resolve technical risks and ensure designs are buildable with manufacturing teams.
