Samara is seeking a Product Technical Lead to join our Engineering team and own product programs from concept through production. You will translate architectural design intent into coordinated, code-compliant, and manufacturable systems across structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building envelope disciplines.

You will lead BIM workflows, manage engineering BOMs, drive multi-discipline coordination, and collaborate with Design and TPM to deliver scalable, factory-built housing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical experience on complex physical products.
• BS/MS in architecture, architectural/structural/mechanical engineering or related field; licensure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical development of the product from concept through production.
• Coordinate multi-discipline engineering model across structural, MEP, and envelope systems.
• Develop and optimize BIM workflows enabling collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
• Translate product requirements into clear engineering requirements and system narratives.
• Maintain BOMs and revision control; oversee design-for-manufacturability and prototyping.
