Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks a Technical Product Lead for Embarkation & Port Operations. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, guiding guest check-in, boarding, and port operations across brands.

You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with PMO, platform engineering, and business stakeholders to optimize KPIs and ensure secure, scalable solutions across shipboard and terminal environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for embarkation & port ops systems.
• Define requirements with Port Ops, Guest Services, and shoreside stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and KPI-based performance dashboards.
• Lead incident resolution and ensure IT security governance.
• Mentor developers and align squads to the product roadmap.
