Job description

About The Role

The role owns product strategy and execution for a core platform serving enterprise customers - taking features from ambiguous problem statements through technical design reviews, beta launches, and full GA rollout.

You will sit at the intersection of engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, translating business goals into prioritized roadmaps while making the hard tradeoffs that keep shipping velocity high without sacrificing technical quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product roadmap for a key platform area, sequencing initiatives against revenue targets, customer commitments, and engineering capacity
  • Write crisp product requirement documents and specs that engineers actually want to read - clear problem framing, measurable success criteria, and explicit non-goals
  • Partner with engineering leads on technical scoping and architecture tradeoffs, using data from usage analytics (Amplitude, SQL) and direct customer conversations to back prioritization decisions
  • Run the full product lifecycle: discovery interviews, PRD, design reviews, beta programs, phased rollouts, and post-launch metric analysis
  • Establish and track success metrics (activation, retention, feature adoption) and report progress to leadership with honest, unspun readouts
  • Coordinate launches with marketing, sales, and customer success - including pricing input, positioning feedback, and enablement materials for complex technical products
  • Manage stakeholder alignment across sales, support, and engineering, resolving conflicts between competing roadmap demands with transparent, data-driven reasoning
What We Are Looking For
  • 3–7 years of product management experience, including 2+ years owning a technical product or platform end-to-end
  • Track record of shipping products through at least one full build-to-launch cycle in a cloud-based or API-driven domain
  • Technical fluency sufficient to hold your own in architecture discussions - comfortable with concepts like APIs, latency tradeoffs, and system integrations (CS degree or equivalent experience welcome)
  • Strong analytical skills: SQL proficiency and experience making prioritization decisions grounded in quantitative and qualitative evidence
  • Demonstrated ability to influence engineering, design, and executive stakeholders without direct authority
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Bonus: experience with developer-facing products, platform/API product management, or a background in software engineering; familiarity with agile tooling (Jira, Linear) and experiment design
