Job summary

The FerVID Group in Houston is seeking a Technical Product Lead to guide cross-functional teams in building scalable web and mobile applications. You will partner with product managers to shape roadmaps and priorities, mentor engineers, and drive agile practices across the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 13+ years in software leadership, hands-on experience with microservices, Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and a proven ability to translate business goals into technical strategies while reporting

Qualifications

• 13+ years of industry experience leading agile development teams.
• 10+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams (Dev, QA, UX, BA, Scrum Master).
• 5+ years hands-on with Angular 12+, ASP.NET, Cosmos DB, MongoDB.
• Proficient in microservice architecture using Docker and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years with Azure cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• 5+ years collaborating with Product Managers/Owners to align roadmaps.
• Experience translating business roadmaps into technical roadmaps.
• Experience architecting enterprise solutions and scalable real-time systems.
• Deployed customer-facing software into production environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skills & Must Have Experience

• 13+ years of Industry Experience developing and managing agile development teams primarily for web / Mobile application
  • 10+ years leading multi-disciplinary team (Dev, QA, UX, BA, Scrum Master)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience using technologies such as Angular 12+, Asp.Net Document DB like Cosmos DB, Mongo DB, etc.
• Proficient in microservice architecture using Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• 5+ years of experience using Azure cloud technologies (Iaas,Paas,SaaS)
• 5+ years of experience directly working with Business Product Managers/ Owners to understand vision.
• Experience translating business roadmap into technical roadmap.
• Experience working with cross team requirements.
• Experience architecting enterprise solutions.
• Experience with highly available real time systems and services.
• Has Deployed customer-facing software into a production environment.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Master’s degree, preferred.
