Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead cybersecurity engineering, compliance, and remediation initiatives across dispersed systems. The role partners with engineers, admins, and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and tracking technical programs, translating findings into actionable tasks, and reporting progress to leadership. This is a contract-to-hire role based in Orlando.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technical cybersecurity projects.
• Understanding of NIST/CMMC and RMF concepts.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable tasks and milestones.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cybersecurity and compliance projects across programs and locations.
• Create and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Prioritize backlog of cybersecurity engineering and compliance work.
• Coordinate technical activities with admins, engineers, architects, compliance teams, and partners.
• Translate assessments and gaps into actionable tasks and milestones.
• Track remediation, POA&Ms, and closure of findings.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Establish ownership, due dates, criteria, escalation paths, and reporting.
