Job summary

CACI International is offering a paid Summer Internship for a Technical Project Management Intern in High Point, NC. The role is on-site 32 hours per week for at least 10 weeks, supporting the PM team across the project lifecycle.

You will assist with planning, tracking, and documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining dashboards. Ideal candidates are current undergrad/grad/PhD students in PM, operations, or technical fields, with strong Office skills and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduating high school senior or current undergraduate/graduate/doctoral student in a technical or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Trello or Jira is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and technicians in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (if applicable).
• Willingness to travel to other CACI locations or customer sites as necessary.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and executing project tasks and deliverables.
• Support development and maintenance of project documentation such as timelines, status reports, and risk logs.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key takeaways and actions.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct research and gather data to support project decisions.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain project management tools, dashboards, and reports.
• Assist in creating presentations and reports for project updates.
• Provide general administrative support to project management teams.
• Present final project summaries to the Division; select interns may present to leaders at HQ.
