Job summary

Nametag is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own how Nametag integrates with customers' systems like Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, and Okta. You will define integration design, APIs, and admin experiences, guiding engineers from research to delivery.

You'll work across AI-assisted tooling, architecture decisions, and marketplace readiness to expand Nametag’s reach while maintaining security and user clarity in constrained environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical product management or similar with integration design.
• Experience integrating into third-party enterprise platforms including marketplace or app reviews.
• Ability to read API docs, design authentication flows, and write engineer-respectful specs.
• Experience delivering designs within platform constraints.
• Strong written communication; documentation is the deliverable.
• Comfort with ambiguity and owning a domain end to end at startup pace.
• Fluency with AI tooling in real work.

Responsibilities

• Design how each integration actually works.
• Develop expertise in platform extension models (APIs, webhooks, UI, auth).
• Design the verification flow inside constraints; prompt users; handle failure.
• Make hard calls explicit: embedded vs redirect, sync vs async.
• Own the plan from research to handoff.
• Define architecture: Nametag APIs, target calls, deployment model.
• Produce specs for engineering and partner with design on admin console.
• Write customer-facing setup and admin documentation.
• Drive roadmap for the integration surface.
• Own marketplace/listing path and success metrics.
• Track shipped work and adoption; learn from each integration.
