Job summary

You will lead cross‑functional work, shape integration plans, and ensure security and usability within constrained environments. This role emphasizes ownership, clarity, and AI‑assisted product processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical product management or similar role owning integration design.
• Proven experience integrating into third-party enterprise platforms with marketplace exposure.
• Strong technical fluency: read API documentation, design auth flows, write credible specs.
• Proven ability to work within constraints and still deliver a good design.
• Excellent written communication; documentation is the deliverable.
• Comfort with ambiguity and owning a domain end-to-end at startup pace.
• Familiarity with AI tooling in real work.

Responsibilities

• Design how each integration actually works.
• Develop expertise in each target platform's extension model: APIs, webhooks, UI surfaces, auth model, app review process, limits.
• Design the verification flow inside those constraints: prompts, visuals, results, failure handling.
• Make hard calls explicit: embedded vs redirect, synchronous vs asynchronous, graceful degradation with limited UI.
• Identify constraints that could kill the integration early.
• Own the plan from research to handoff: research, architecture, specs, milestones.
• Produce specs engineers can build from and partner with design on admin experiences.
• Drive the roadmap for the integration surface: prioritize, gate listings, track adoption.
• Partner across Nametag with Engineering, GTM, and partnerships to launch connectors.
• Push the AI-forward practice: use agent tooling to speed up research and docs.
