Job summary

Nametag is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build integrations that embed inside popular enterprise systems. You’ll work on backend services, APIs, and the connectors that tie Nametag to Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, Okta, ICIMS, UKG, and more.

You'll collaborate with product managers to design integrations, manage configuration UIs, and ensure secure, scalable delivery across diverse platforms. This role is remote-first for the US and values strong technical judgment and ownership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and operating production software, including backend services and APIs.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs in production, not a one-off script.
• Strong backend skills in Go, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar; frontend ability with React.
• Working knowledge of OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and webhooks.
• Relational databases such as PostgreSQL; cloud experience (AWS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations end to end.
• Design and build connectors into third-party enterprise platforms: authentication, data flow, event handling.
• Develop Nametag-side APIs, services, and webhooks.
• Create the console configuration and setup experience for customers to install integrations.
• Navigate marketplace and app review processes and requirements.
