Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years managing industrial technical or capital equipment projects.
• Experience with industrial automation, packaging systems, robotics, or material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and the organization.
• Ensure solutions meet customer requirements and contractual obligations.
• Organize project schedules and monitor milestones.
• Manage scope, priorities and change requests.
• Lead FAT/SAT and design reviews; review drawings and specs.
