Molex's Copper Solutions Business Unit is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support the Firmware Integration Engineering team in Conway, Arkansas. You will coordinate product development schedules, prototype builds, and lab resources while partnering with engineering teams to keep fast-moving projects on track.

You don't need to be an engineer, but comfort around hardware, firmware, and networking helps as you remove bottlenecks and align execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, project management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience managing multiple priorities.
• Interest in hardware, firmware, networking, or lab environments.
• Clear communicator who enjoys working with cross functional teams.
• Self starter who thrives in a fast paced, technical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate development sprints for production platforms, schedules, and cross-team deliverables.
• Track milestones and ensure alignment across engineering, lab operations, and manufacturing partners.
• Track equipment and sample shipments between lab locations and production sites.
• Coordinate equipment logistics to ensure availability for testing and debugging.
• Help resolve operational barriers and escape technical issues to engineering leads.
