Job summary

Molex's Copper Solutions Business Unit seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead global New Product Development programs and guide cross-functional teams, coordinating with customers to ensure timely, within-scope delivery.

You will own project plans, manage risks, and mentor team members while coordinating with suppliers. Travel up to 15–25% is expected, with PMP certification support within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, business, supply management or related field.
• Experience leading projects with Product Development.
• At least 4 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with customer-facing roles or external executive-facing experience.
• Experience leading multi-national teams.
• Experience in matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%-25% of time.
• Ability to work mornings and evenings to accommodate global meetings.
• Ability to obtain PMP certification within 1 year.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple New Product Development projects for customer-specific and general market needs.
• Develop internal & external Project Charters with strategy, scope, financials and schedule.
• Own Project Reporting communication to Management and Customers.
• Manage Project Change Control and Documentation.
• Develop and close Project Plans from initiation to handover to production.
