Job summary

ARServices is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to support DTRA RD NT, guiding research and development programs and CWMD software initiatives. The role requires coordinating with NT division leadership, advising government managers on management, budgets, and acquisitions, and delivering senior-level briefings.

The position is full-time at DTRA HQ, Fort Belvoir, VA, with Top Secret clearance and no travel.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
Experience with DoD R&D or Science & Technology program management.
Experience drafting and editing information papers, briefings, and other products for senior leadership.
Familiarity with ETMS2, SharePoint Online, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

Advise and assist NT program management involving CWMD technologies, software development, and deployment.
Support NT division leadership tasks and key leader engagements; prepare for Senior Steering Groups and meetings.
Provide subject matter expertise to government program managers in program management, financial management, acquisition, and budget matters.
Draft and edit information papers, briefings, and other products for senior leadership.
Track, coordinate, and respond to internal and external taskers for the RD-NT PMO A&A team.
