Job summary

OU Education Services LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive complex enterprise initiatives across CRM, data platforms, integrations, and AI-enabled delivery. The role demands hands-on technical delivery paired with strong leadership and collaboration with architects, engineers, and executives.

The position leads CRM readiness and data platform workstreams and supports AI-native operations. The candidate should have 5+ years in technical project management, Salesforce delivery

Qualifications

• Leading and managing technical teams across complex delivery efforts.
• Direct Salesforce delivery experience with implementations, configurations, or integrations.
• Experience with data warehouse or data lake projects, including migration and validation.
• 5+ years in technical project management or enterprise delivery for systems, integrations, or software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and systems integration concepts (REST APIs, authentication, data flows).
• Excellent communication with architects, engineers, vendors, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex delivery from discovery to stabilization of enterprise tech initiatives.
• Create integrated delivery plans linking architecture, requirements, integrations, data, testing, and deployments.
• Coordinate with architects and system owners on solution design and dependencies.
• Maintain visibility into technical risks, decisions, and open questions and drive resolution.
• Partner with PMO to govern standards and maintain artifacts like RAID, dependency maps, and status reports.
• Lead go-live readiness, rollback strategies, and post-launch stabilization.
