Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee product development and testing across antimicrobial, wellness, and conductive materials initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Finance, and suppliers, manage timelines, and ensure documentation and certifications are maintained. The role blends project coordination with technical problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in project coordination, product development, testing, operations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and follow through on commitments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Responsabilités

• Track project progress, actions, and timelines across multiple development programs.
• Coordinate activities between R&D, Operations, Finance, Sales, suppliers, and testing laboratories.
• Gather information, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Support material sourcing, bills of materials, and cost analysis.
• Take ownership of assigned product development projects.
• Coordinate and manage product testing with external laboratories.
• Support antimicrobial and conductive performance testing programs.
• Maintain certification records, test reports, and technical documentation.
• Manage product samples and ensure projects move efficiently through development.
• Review test results and identify potential concerns related to product claims or requirements.
• Support management of R&D testing budgets.
• Process purchases and coordinate vendor payments with Finance.
• Track spending and maintain accurate records.
