Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex technical programs involving multiple teams.

• Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and status reporting.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex, cross-functional technology programs from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical understanding, program management expertise, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

The TPM will work closely with engineering, product, architecture, business, and other cross-functional teams to define program objectives, establish roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex technical programs involving multiple engineering and business teams.
• Drive end-to-end program execution, including planning, prioritization, scheduling, execution, tracking, and delivery.
• Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and status reporting.
• Identify potential risks, blockers, and dependencies early and drive appropriate mitigation plans.
• Facilitate technical and business discussions and ensure alignment among multiple stakeholders.
• Track program KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities and drive teams toward decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to established Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management, execution, and delivery processes.
• Coordinate across globally distributed teams and manage cross-team dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in technical program/project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology or software development programs.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern software engineering processes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to work effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
• Excellent program planning, risk management, dependency management, and execution skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
