Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee technical projects across software development, infrastructure, and enterprise IT initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage deliverables in fast-paced environments.

The role requires familiarity with Agile, Jira/Confluence, cloud concepts (AWS), and enterprise technology standards, with a hybrid schedule based in NYC and a 6+ month duration.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects supporting software development, infrastructure, or enterprise IT initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and oversee project deliverables
• Apply understanding of software development lifecycles, application architecture, and enterprise IT environments
• Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Ensure effective stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and organization
• Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Support solution architecture teams and technical design efforts (preferred)
• Leverage knowledge of cloud computing concepts, particularly AWS services and cloud architecture
• Coordinate technical reviews, governance processes, and enforce enterprise technology standards
• Contribute to application modernization, cloud migration, or large-scale transformation programs (preferred)
• Demonstrate familiarity with networking, compute, storage, and enterprise infrastructure technologies
