As a Technical Platform Lead at Viant, you will serve as the senior representative of Platform Operations, accountable for the technical health, performance, and evolution of Viant’s Demand‑Side Platform (DSP). This leadership role acts as the strategic bridge between Operations, Product, and Engineering, ensuring scalable solutions and proactive support that drive operational efficiency, platform stability, and customer satisfaction.
You will lead cross‑functional initiatives to resolve systemic issues, influence the product team priorities, and champion operational excellence. You’ll serve as a technical advisor to senior stakeholders, mentor internal teams, and continuously enhance the tools, processes, and training that support Viant’s growing client base. Unlike specialist roles focused on task execution, this role involves providing direction, solving complex platform challenges at scale, and serving as the voice of operations in supporting the platform roadmap.

$80,000 - $95,000 a year
In accordance with California law, the range provided is Viant’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
