As a Technical Platform Operations Specialist, you will serve as a key operational liaison, ensuring the seamless performance of Viant’s products, including our Demand Side Platform (DSP). You will play a pivotal role in bridging cross‑functional internal teams—such as Operations, Product, and Engineering—with external stakeholders and third‑party partners. Your core responsibility is to maintain operational continuity through clear communication, technical insight, and a strong sense of urgency when addressing problems, challenges, and opportunities.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying root causes, facilitating resolutions, and driving alignment across multiple teams. You will own day‑to‑day technical operations, lead troubleshooting efforts, and support campaign and platform stability. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, is a clear communicator, and demonstrates task leadership by translating customer and business needs into actionable solutions.
$60,000 - $71,000 a year
In accordance with California law, the range provided is Viant’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
