Gemini is currently seeking a Technical Pattern Maker to join our Foundry team in Decorah, IA! This is a great opportunity to work with a creative team to produce high-quality, custom plaques. Our ideal candidate has a high level computer aptitude and strong attention for detail. The minimum starting pay is $20.80 per hour, taking experience into consideration.

Wage Range:$20.80 - 30.61

Location:Decorah, IA

Type: Full Time

Consistent Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday; 2nd Shift: 4 10-hour days 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday

• Overtime is scheduled as needed.

A day in the life of a Technical Pattern Maker at Gemini includes:

• Uses a computer to review artwork for manufacturability. Cleans and edits files as necessary with graphic arts software.
• Operates different machines such as CNC routers, Haas mills, table saws, and 3D printers to complete orders.
• Paints patterns and boxes with paints and sealers using a spray gun or brush.
• Work environment is bright and warm around equipment
• Reports to our Plant Manager
