Job summary

Twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Technical Customer Order Management Specialist for a client in Montgomery County, PA. You will manage customer orders from quotation through delivery, coordinate priorities with production, and maintain accurate order and quality records.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in full-cycle order management in technical manufacturing, experience with ISO/IATF/QSR quality systems, and proficiency with ERP and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle customer order management experience required.
• Technical manufacturing industry experience required.
• 2+ years of quality management system (e.g., ISO, IATF, AS9100, QSR) experience required.
• Proficiency with an ERP or manufacturing order system required.
• Microsoft Excel (data sorting, basic formulas, and analysis) skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from quotation through final delivery.
• Review purchase orders, specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Prepare quotes and enter orders using customer requirements and product information.
• Coordinate order schedules and priorities with production teams.
• Track active orders and proactively identify risks of missed deadlines.
• Communicate lead times, order updates, and delays to customers; maintain complete order and quality-system records.
• Resolve missing or conflicting order information.
• Gather technical details and route complex questions to engineering.
• Coordinate shipping documents and delivery requirements.
• Analyze order and customer data using Excel and ERP reports.
• Support process and documentation improvements.
