Job summary

Amentum is seeking a TODO Coordinator in Maryland to manage the lifecycle of technical orders. You will acquire, update, publish, store, and distribute TOs and related data, ensuring accurate custodianship and compliance with assignments and policies.

You will collaborate with QA and planning teams, conduct data integrity checks, and train staff on TODA duties per applicable publications. This role supports maintenance planning and controlled document systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of TODA / Library Custodian General Course (IMDS 225003) is a must.
• TODA Advanced Course (IMDS 25004) highly desirable.
• Strong background in Technical Order Distribution and related processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, update, publish, store and distribute TOs and related data per requirements.
• Consolidate and submit subscription requirements and one-time TO requisitions for updates.
• Distribute TOs to library custodians and oversee TO library operations.
• Establish and enforce policies for notifying maintenance of TO and CMM changes.
• Conduct spot checks and compile listings of changes to indexes, TOs, CMM, and checklists.
• Maintain ATOMS/ETIMS database to support requirements and distribution records.
• Coordinate with QA SME for each incoming TCTO to determine applicability.
• Train staff for TODA duties per required publications and TO 00-5-1.
• Control and revise local Work Cards, Job Guides, Page Supplements, and related documents.
