Job summary

Amentum is seeking a TODO Coordinator to manage acquisition, updating, publishing, storage, and distribution of technical orders in line with Performance Work Statement requirements. You will consolidate subscription needs, handle one-time requisitions, and ensure accurate distribution to unit TO libraries while maintaining records in ATOMS/ETIMS.

You will coordinate with QA SME for each incoming TCTO, train staff for TODA duties, and control local work cards and checklists in line with AFI

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong background in Technical Order Distribution including TODA basics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic graph/word document creation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses, certifications and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition, update, publishing, storage and distribution of TOs and related data per requirements.
• Consolidate and submit subscription requirements and requisitions for TOs/TO updates.
• Distribute TOs to library custodians and oversee library operations.
• Maintain ATOMS/ETIMS database and coordinate with QA/production teams on TODA applicability.
• Train staff for TODA duties and control all local documents per AFI 21-101.
