Henkel Corporation is seeking a 2nd Shift Technical Operator to troubleshoot, repair, and operate packaging line equipment in our Consumer Brands facility. The role includes performing TBM tasks, line cleanings, and line changes with minimal downtime. A shift differential of $1.25 is included for the 2:30pm–10:30pm shift.

The ideal candidate demonstrates mechanical skills, follows safety procedures, and can work OT as required to support production needs.

Responsabilidades

• The Technical Operator is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on packaging line equipment while minimizing the interruption to production.
• Troubleshoot, repair and make adjustments to packaging line equipment
• Clean and change over packaging line equipment as necessary with minimal downtime
• Perform Time Based Maintenance (TBM) tasks on equipment
• Operate packaging line equipment
• Follow and maintain equipment centerlines
• Perform basic to intermediate mechanical activities

2nd Shift | Monday- Friday | 2:30pm-10:30pm + OT as required | $1.25 Shift Differential

What you´ll do

• The Technical Operator is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on packaging line equipment while minimizing the interruption to production. The individual in this role is also expected to operate equipment on a regular basis when maintenance issues are not addressed.
• Troubleshoot, repair and make adjustments to packaging line equipment
• Clean and change over packaging line equipment as necessary with minimal downtime
• Perform Time Based Maintenance (TBM) tasks on equipment
• Operate packaging line equipment
• Follow and maintain equipment centerlines
• Perform basic to intermediate mechanical activities
