Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic III to support Packaging and line operations at the factory in New York. The role focuses on troubleshooting, PM tasks, and hands-on maintenance of packaging systems and shop equipment, with tasks including design and fabrication of parts and on-the-floor training for colleagues.

Candidates should be prepared for standing, walking, and lifting up to 60 pounds as part of standard duties.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and maintain packaging and support equipment to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Conduct line changeovers and make necessary adjustments per production schedule.
• Execute PM tasks, identify issues, and correct mechanical/electrical problems.
• Design, fabricate, and repair parts; operate lathes, milling machines, and other shop tools.
• Support manufacturing personnel with process issues and train others on basic maintenance.
• The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Occasionally this position may require lifting and/or moving more than 60 pounds.
