Job summary

Henkel Corporation is hiring for a 2nd shift production operator in our Adhesive Technologies unit. You will operate production equipment, follow batch tickets, set up gear, monitor quality, and maintain daily production records. A daily cleaning routine of tanks and associated equipment is required.

New hires receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a shift differential of $1.50. This role supports manufacturing operations on a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machines safely and efficiently.
• Ability to follow batch tickets and manufacturing specs.
• Attention to detail in quality checks and records.
• Comfort working in a chemical mixing environment.
• Willingness to clean and sanitize work areas as required.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
• Follows Batch Tickets and manufacturing specifications.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to specifications.
• Monitors output quality to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Cleans tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors, walls and ceilings daily.

What you´ll do

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Follow Batch Tickets
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
• Cleaning of tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors, walls, ceilings and all other areas or equipment as assigned by the shift lead or supervisor(s) is a daily expectation of all chemical mixing operators.
