Job summary

Henkel Corporation in the United States invites experienced technicians to join our factory team as a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic II. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and improve packaging and support equipment to keep production lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain packaging and support equipment for efficiency and quality.
• Perform line changeovers and adjustments per production schedule.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks, identify issues, and correct mechanical/electrical problems.
• Design, fabricate, and repair parts; operate lathes, milling machines, and other shop tools.
• Support manufacturing teams with process issues and train others in basic maintenance.
• Stand, walk, and lift regularly; up to 40 lbs, occasionally more than 60 lbs; OSHA compliant.

What you´ll do as aManufacturing Maintenance Mechanic II

• Troubleshoot and maintain packaging and support equipment to ensureefficiency and quality.
• Conduct line changeovers and make necessary adjustments per productionschedule.
• Execute PM tasks, identify issues, and correct mechanical/electricalproblems.
• Design, fabricate, and repair parts; operate lathes, milling machines, andother shop tools.
• Support manufacturing personnel with process issues and train others onbasic maintenance.
• The position is inthe factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods oftime throughout the day. The employeemust regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Occasionally this position may require thelifting and/or moving of more than 60 pounds. All lifting must comply with OSHA standards.
