Job summary

ROCKWOOL is seeking a Technical Operator in Byhalia, MS to operate equipment and maintain product quality on a 12-hour shift (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. You will contribute to producing mineral fiber ceiling tile products in a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year machine operations or quality control experience in manufacturing.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and works in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment effectively and efficiently to produce output meeting quality standards.
• Ensure smooth flow of product by making timely changes.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain a cohesive work environment.
• Adhere to company standards, specifications, and policies while operating equipment.
• Produce quality mineral fiber ceiling tile products within specified parameters.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace to ensure optimal operations.

We are seeking a Technical Operator to join our team in Byhalia, MS. The shift for this role is 6:00AM-6:30PM, with days off rotating on a 2-2-3 basis.

What you bring:
