Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC seeks a Pro Head Athletic Trainer for LOVB to lead day-to-day sports medicine, injury prevention, evaluation and rehabilitation for elite athletes in a fast-paced professional volleyball program.

Under the supervision of the Lead Team Physician, you will coordinate with strength and conditioning, monitor player health, manage medical records in the EMR, and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with health and league standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as an athletic trainer post-BOC certification.
• Experience with elite-level athletes in fast-paced, high-demand environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage player healthcare including first aid and injury care.
• Coordinate with strength/conditioning and medical staff.
• Document injuries and return-to-play plans in EMR.
• Oversee inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and league regulations.
